Practical advice

It is advisable to schedule the evaluation periods for the different modules at different times, if possible not parallel to the examination period, in order to give students sufficient time for evaluation. The maximum length of the survey period is eight weeks.

The evaluation officer should inform the lecturers and students about the evaluation in advance. In addition to announcing the procedure, it is also advisable to provide information about the composition and objectives of the evaluation project group. In addition, measures derived from the evaluation, such as teaching awards, should be announced.

The evaluation project group should formulate development goals in advance and clarify what information is useful for this.

Early registration or activation of the modules and courses offers the lecturers involved the opportunity to add their own questions in good time and, if necessary, to adjust the survey period.
