Why do I receive an individual password? Are my answers still anonymous?
The individual password that students receive with the link to the survey is used for access control. This is to ensure that only authorized persons can take part in the survey and that the results are protected against manipulation. All answers are nevertheless anonymous. It is not possible to draw conclusions about individual persons.
 
What happens to my contact information?
The students' contact information is stored separately from the data collected. The contact information is automatically deleted at the end of the survey period.

Is it possible to draw conclusions about my person in the evaluations of the survey?
The automated evaluation summarizes the students' answers. The results reports contain diagrams and frequency tables; it is not possible to draw conclusions about individual persons. For this reason, demographic information is only analyzed and integrated into the results reports if there are at least five participants in the survey.
 
I have received the evaluation of my course. Why can't I see the comments on the open questions?
The answers to open questions cannot be automatically edited. Therefore, they are not made available to students at course level.
